The Watercolor Accident

I've got a camera body that doesn't auto focus with a few of my lenses.  That's not always a bad thing as manual focus is a lot of fun and you look like you know what you are doing, expertly twiddling that focus ring.

Well, looks can be deceiving.  At least in my case, cuz I regularly screw up, particularly at maximum aperture, which is a continual obsession.  F/1.8, 1.6, 1.4, bring it on.  One of these days I am going to tame those apertures. But for now, I'm ok with my failures as sometimes they turn out to be rather interesting. At least to me.
